At the official website, a promo montage includes a sort of seal – see https://www.dekalbtennessee.com/uploads/6/3/1/4/6314852/header_images/1307067313.jpg. Now, there might be a flag with this seal, or without it, or no flag at all – but i's noteworthy that the seal itself includes the depiction of a flag in the middle, over the quadrants split saltirewise (flyfishing, a factory, two assorted botanical items…), within the map of the county. Also at https://www.dekalbtennessee.com/favicon.ico, https://www.dekalbtennessee.com/uploads/6/3/1/4/6314852/published/dekalb-seal-repaired-color-no-background.png and https://www.dekalbelections.com/_theme/dekalb/assets/images/logo.png and elsewhere. It's a featureless plain flag, ~2:3.
